Each business gets its own booking page and QR code; customers pick a service and a genuinely free time and book in seconds, with no app download and no account. ### What it is
An appointment system where each business has a public booking page at `https://zadzan.com/book/<business-name>` and a QR code. Customers choose a service, a day and a free time, and book with their name and mobile number. The team manages everything in a dashboard.

### How it works (3 steps)
1. **Create your booking page** — register your business and verify your email; your booking link is ready in minutes.
2. **Add services and your team** — set each service's duration and price, and add the doctors, trainers, wash bays or technicians who deliver them, each with their own services and weekly working hours.
3. **Share the link and take bookings** — put it on Instagram, WhatsApp and Google Maps. Customers book themselves and the team is notified instantly.

### For businesses
- **Appointments dashboard** — day, week and range views; confirm, mark done, mark no-show, reschedule or cancel; log phone and walk-in bookings.
- **No double bookings** — each time slot can be taken once, even if several customers tap it at the same moment.
- **SMS confirmations and reminders** — confirmation, 24-hour and 2-hour reminders, reschedule and cancellation texts, with editable wording (SMS delivery depends on the SMS service being switched on for the account).
- **Team logins** — the owner creates separate sign-ins: *staff* manage appointments, home visits and customers; *admins* can also change services, hours and settings. Temporary passwords are changed at first sign-in; logins can be reset, disabled or removed.
- **Home services** — service areas with a travel fee each; customers choose their area and enter an address; a home-visits list for the team.
- **Days off and closures** — block specific team members or the whole business.
- **Reports** — total, completed and cancelled appointments, no-show rate, revenue and unique customers, by service and by team member.
- **Optional loyalty link** — connect Zadzan Loyalty so customers earn points automatically when an appointment is marked done.
- **Help assistant** — an in-dashboard "how do I…" assistant in Arabic and English.

### For customers
- **No app, no account** — open the link or scan the QR on any phone.
- **Manage their own appointment** — a private link to move or cancel within the cancellation window the business sets.
- **Arabic and English** — with full right-to-left support.

- **لوحة المواعيد** — عرض اليوم والأسبوع والمدى؛ تأكيد، إكمال، عدم حضور، تغيير موعد أو إلغاء؛ وتسجيل حجوزات الهاتف والحضور المباشر.
- **بدون حجز مزدوج** — كل وقت يُحجز مرة واحدة حتى لو ضغط عدة عملاء عليه في اللحظة نفسها.
- **تأكيد وتذكير برسائل نصية** — تأكيد، وتذكير قبل 24 ساعة وقبل ساعتين، ورسائل التغيير والإلغاء بنصوص قابلة للتعديل (يعتمد الإرسال على تفعيل خدمة الرسائل للحساب).
- **حسابات الفريق** — ينشئ المالك حسابات منفصلة: *الموظف* يدير المواعيد والزيارات المنزلية والعملاء، و*المشرف* يغيّر أيضاً الخدمات والأوقات والإعدادات. تُغيَّر كلمة المرور المؤقتة عند أول دخول، ويمكن إعادة تعيين الحساب أو تعطيله أو إزالته.
- **الخدمات المنزلية** — مناطق خدمة برسوم انتقال لكل منطقة؛ يختار العميل منطقته ويكتب عنوانه؛ وقائمة زيارات منزلية للفريق.
- **الإجازات والإغلاق** — لعضو محدد من الفريق أو للنشاط كله.
- **التقارير** — إجمالي المواعيد والمكتملة والملغاة، ونسبة عدم الحضور، والإيرادات، وعدد العملاء، حسب الخدمة وحسب عضو الفريق.
- **ربط اختياري بالولاء** — اربط ولاء زادزان ليكسب العملاء نقاطاً تلقائياً عند اكتمال الموعد.
